Kitchen Revamp

• Laminate or wooden worktops: £350 including VAT.
• Stone worktops: £500, including VAT.
 (Costs are subject to survey and assessment based on images you provide.)

• Older kitchen units may require extra supports or braces to handle the weight of new quartz or stone worktops.
• Slight movement or misalignment of base units may occur during removal, and we will straighten them where possible. However, please note that we are not a dedicated kitchen installation company and some tasks may require a specialist.

• Included: Worktop removal, preparation for laser measurements, sink and hob reinstallation.
• Not Included: Electrical work, removal of tiles, glass splashbacks, or wooden sills. These tasks may require other trades.

• Your sink, hob, and all necessary components must be on-site prior to our arrival.
• Worktops must be cleared of all items, and the sink base unit must be empty to allow for smooth installation.

• Water in your kitchen will be isolated during the installation process. We’ll reconnect your sink, tap, and hob upon completion.

• Minimal damage to walls, tiles, or units can occur during removal due to the way fixtures were previously secured (e.g., with screws or glue).
• While we strive to minimise damage, some issues may fall outside our responsibility. We’re happy to provide guidance to resolve any challenges that arise.

• Your revamped kitchen worktops will be installed to a professional and competent standard. However, adjustments to aging units may be required beyond our scope.
• For additional kitchen fitting or refurbishment needs, a kitchen fitter may be required.
